Sudan Army Drone Strike in Darfur Intensifies Civil Conflict

A recent drone strike by the Sudanese army on a traditional court in western Darfur has resulted in the death of at least 35 people, according to reports. The attack targeted the village of Garra al-Zawaya, located in North Darfur state, amidst tensions in the ongoing civil war. This incident occurs against a backdrop of severe conflict between the Sudanese army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), commanded by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo.
